August 20Ace reporting about No Harvey No & international forest destroyers APRIL
Captain Bruce was absolutely STOKED to read two fantastic pieces of journalism in this morning’s Sydney Morning Herald and The Age by ace journo Paddy Manning! Our monster No Harvey No! banner got a mention in a fantastic feature, which you can read HERE! It’s a great profile of NGO Markets for Change and the campaign by groups across the country to say No Harvey No! Stop profiting from forest destruction!
Paddy Manning also broke a story based on more brilliant research by Markets for Change which firmly links international forest thrashers APRIL, who are destroying Indonesia’s world-class rainforests right now, with naughty naughty Officeworks! CEO of Markets for Change Tim Birch said ”Officeworks needs to cancel its contract with APRIL and commit to a company-wide procurement policy that ensures native forests both in Australia and in Indonesia do not end up in the products it sells.” Read this great story HERE.
