The Last Stand Inc.(TLS) is committed to treating your personal information confidentially through meeting all legal and ethical obligations regarding the protection of privacy and confidential information.

TLS complies with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (as amended) in relation to the management of personal information.

Collection, use and disclosure of information

TLS will only collect personal information from you with your prior knowledge and consent.

Any personal information you provide to us including your name, contact details and email address will not be sold, rented or given to any third parties. TLS will only use the personal information provided by you for the purpose for which it was collected, and any other use authorised by you.

TLS will protect the integrity of your personally identifiable information. TLS will utilise appropriate technologies and security methods to store the information collected and prevent unauthorised access and improper use of the information.

TLS will only record your email address if you send us a message or contact us through the TLS website.Your email will be placed on a list which will be used for campaign updates, although you may unsubscribe at any time. TLS will not use your email address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it to a third party without your consent.

The Privacy Act entitles you to access your personal information held by TLS. If you wish to access or correct any personal information TLS holds about you, please contact info@thelaststand.org.au. Information access will be restricted to the information we hold on yourself only.

Credit card and internet payments

TLS will not be recording your credit card details. We use ‘GiveNow’ to assist us in receiving your donations via our website. TLS is not responsible for the content of external websites. Links to other relevant websites have been provided in good faith.
